Cancellation Policy on Meeting

For any cancellation received until June 18, 2018, refund will be subject to a fee of 30 €
For any cancellation received between June 19 and July 18, 2018, refund will be subject to a fee of 70 €
For any cancellation received after July 18, 2018, no refund will be made
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.
