Presentation Guidelines

Information to Presenters

Lecture and other oral presentations Guidelines

Duration (including discussion): 45 min (Plenary), 30 min (Keynote), 20 min (Other Invited), 15 min (Oral).

Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation in Office 2010 or higher for WIN (or Office 2008/2011 or higher for MAC) and saved in either PPT or PPTX format using the following code names: presentation code (as it appears in the Program)_surname_name (e.g., O10_Smith_John.pptx).

Please upload your presentation file in the computer in the lecture hall indicated in the program at least one day before your presentation (except for the first day which should be during registration or coffee break in the morning).
A period of 3-5 minutes should be allocated for the discussion, being already included in the overall time of the presentation.

Flash presentations Guidelines

The flash presentation consists of a PowerPoint presentation (format mentioned above) to advertise the poster with a maximum duration of 5 minutes, without discussion. The discussion should be held at the poster session where the poster will be on display.
Please use the following code names for your presentation: presentation code (as it appears in the Program)_surname_name (e.g., F8_Smith_John.pptx) and send it before September 3, 2018 to the following address:

Please note that all flash presenters also have to present a poster during poster session according to the template mentioned below.


Posters should have a maximum dimension of A0 (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high), be hanged at the proper place on the first day of the conference and removed at the end of the poster session.
You will find your poster number in the programme.
