In recent years, climate change has been worsening droughts in the Horn of Africa. In Turkana County, Kenya, UNICEF has started producing sand dams to provide safe drinking water to those affected. We sat down with UNICEF WASH Specialist Jackson Mutia to discuss the technology and the impact it’s had on the community.
